Return and Exchange Policy

Due to our reduced waste initiative and all our products being printed on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If you would like to appeal this decision, please reach out to support@greatergoodgear.org.


Keep in mind we are a small company whose primary focus is driving revenue and awareness for primarily nonprofits. Therefore, our margins are already very low relative to our apparel competitors.

 

Quality Issues

If there is a quality issue with your product (i.e. misprinted, damaged, defective, etc.), please contact us at support@greatergoodgear.org.


Any quality related claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product was delivered.
